We sell digital products (e.g., ebooks/files). No physical shipping is offered.

How you receive your files

• Immediately after payment, download links appear on the Order Confirmation page.
• You’ll also get an order email with your download link(s).
• You can re-access files anytime under My Account → Downloads.

Download limits & expiry

• Default: 1 download per file.
• Links expire 14 days after purchase. If you need help, email support@imagefingerprint.com.

File access issues

• If a link says “expired” or you can’t open a file, contact us with your order number.
• If you purchased by mistake and have not downloaded the file, email us promptly.

License

• Files are for your personal use only. No resale, redistribution, or re-uploading.
