Imagefingerprint operates imagefingerprint.com, offering physical books and digital downloads.

Using this site
By visiting or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may update these Terms; changes apply once posted.

Products
We aim to describe items accurately, but small variations in color/format may occur. Availability is not guaranteed.

Orders & pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse/cancel (with a refund) for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We don’t store full card numbers. You agree to provide accurate billing details.

Digital license
Digital downloads are for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or remove watermarks/DRM. Extended RF permits use on merchandise, packaging, templates, and print-on-demand. All other restrictions still apply.

Delivery

Digital items: download links appear on the confirmation page, in your order email, and under My Account → Downloads.

Refunds & returns
See our Refunds & Returns page. Digital items are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Accounts
Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Courts of Trinidad & Tobago have exclusive jurisdiction.
